I'd like to introduce you to my aunt, Marie-Andrée Côté, who has always been an inspiration to me. She actually pursued her dreams and made art her career. And she didn't starve to death. Go figure.
Here's one of her beautiful pieces, click on her name to visit her website and see more of her amazing work.
And Then,
Some artwork from my cousin Diana Cohen, one of my own personal super heroines - We are very much alike, but she's older, and wiser, and from my perspective, she was always different yet fabulous, and she never let anyone tell her who she should be and always made me feel like I was exactly who God had intended me to be. Thank you.
This first one uses the image of our grandmother: I'm sure she'd be so proud of how beautiful she looks!
Also,
Here's an artist friend that is pretty amazing as well:
France Maisonneuve, whom I went to school with, is pursuing her singing career, as was written in the stars for her. She travels the world doing shows, and will forever be one of favorite singers..
(Man, when this girl lets go, watch out Céline... she gives me chills.)
Here's a video of her on youtube, click her name to go to her website.
And no and then!
